These terms are an agreement between you and Laps Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Westpreussenstr. 55, 81927 München, Germany (“F1Laps”, “we”, “us”).

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the F1Laps website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website and our applications (our “Services”).

Terms

By accessing the websites and apps of F1Laps, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Disclaimer

The materials on our Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. F1Laps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, F1Laps does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Minimum Age Requirements

Our Services are not directed to children. You’re not allowed to access or use our Services if you’re under the age of 13 (or 16 in Europe). If you register as a user or otherwise use our Services, you represent that you’re at least 13 (or 16 in Europe). You may use our Services only if you can legally form a binding contract with us. In other words, if you’re under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live), you can only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the Agreement.

F1Laps Subscriptions

Some of our Services are offered for a fee (“Paid Services”). By using a Paid Service, you agree to pay the specified fees. We’ll bill or charge you in the automatically-renewing interval (such as monthly, annually, or biennially) you select, on a pre-pay basis until you cancel, which you can do at any time by contacting the relevant support team.

Payment

If your payment fails, Paid Services are otherwise not paid for or paid for on time (for example, if you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees for Paid Services), or we suspect a payment is fraudulent, we may immediately cancel or revoke your access to Paid Services without notice to you.

Automatic Renewal

To ensure uninterrupted service, recurring Paid Services are automatically renewed. This means that unless you cancel a Paid Service before the end of the applicable subscription period, it will automatically renew, and you authorize us to use any payment mechanism we have on record for you, like credit cards or PayPal, or invoice you (in which case payment is due within 15 days) to collect the then-applicable subscription fee as well as any Taxes. By default, your Paid Services will be renewed for the same interval as your original subscription period, so for example, if you purchase a one-year subscription to a F1Laps.com plan, you’ll be charged each year for access for another 12-month period. We may charge your account up to one month before the end of the subscription period to make sure pesky billing issues don’t inadvertently disrupt your access to our Services. The date for the automatic renewal is based on the date of the original purchase and cannot be changed. If you’ve purchased access to multiple services, you may have multiple renewal dates.

Cancelling Automatic Renewal

You can manage and cancel your Paid Services at the respective Service’s website. For example, you can manage and cancel all of your F1Laps.com plans through your F1Laps.com billing page.

Fees and Changes

The price and service scope agreed when you subscribe apply to the contracted period. We may change prices for future orders. Changes to prices or agreed services under an existing subscription require your agreement or another valid legal basis. We explain proposed changes and any applicable cancellation rights before they take effect; continued use alone does not constitute acceptance.

Limitations

In no event shall F1Laps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on F1Laps services, even if F1Laps or a F1Laps authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on F1Laps services could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. F1Laps does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. F1Laps may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However F1Laps does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Links

F1Laps has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by F1Laps of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Modifications

We may adapt the technical implementation, infrastructure and providers to maintain security, meet legal requirements or support compatibility with games and platforms. Agreed service functions and protection standards remain binding. Changes beyond those needed to maintain conformity during an ongoing contract may be made only for these reasons, without additional cost and with clear information to you. Where access or use is affected, we provide advance notice on a durable medium and explain any statutory termination rights. Further changes to agreed services require a separate agreement or a statutory basis.

We may update these terms for future contracts. Changes to an existing contract require your agreement or another valid legal basis. Where agreement is needed, we explain the proposed changes and request it separately. Continued use alone does not constitute acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
