If something isn't recording, include your F1Laps username, your platform (PC, PS5, Xbox), the game version, and what the telemetry app shows on screen. That's usually enough to find the problem on the first reply.
Discord
The F1Laps Discord is the fastest route for short questions, connection trouble, and talking to other players. Setup questions often get answered there before we see them.

Privacy and account data
You can ask us to delete or change your data at any time, including your rights under the GDPR. Mail contact@f1laps.com from the address on your account. The privacy policy covers what we store and why.
